Easy Butter Sauce for Vegetables recipe |
INGREDIENTS |
1/4 c. butter, cubed
1 Tb. olive oil
1/2 ts. salt
1/2 ts. Italian seasoning
1/2 ts. lemon juice
1/4 ts. lemon peel, grated |

METHOD |
In a small sauce pan, heat all ingredients until butter is melted.
Drizzle mixture over vegetable and toss to coat.
Green beans, asparagus, sugar snap peas, or sliced carrots are all a good choice for this sauce. |
