Easy Cheesecake recipe


INGREDIENTS

2 pkg.(8 oz. each)cream cheese, softened
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 ts. vanilla
2 eggs
1 graham crust


METHOD

Preheat oven to 325*.
In a medium bowl with mixer on medium speed, beat cream cheese, sugar and vanilla until well blended.
Add eggs and mix until just blended.
Pour into crust.
Bake for 40 minutes or until center is almost set.
Cool.
Refrigerate for 3 hours or overnight.
Garnish as desired.
Store leftover in fridge.
Makes 8 servings.
