Egg in Potato Nest recipe |
INGREDIENTS |
1 c. extra-old Cheddar cheese, shredded
1 c. hash brown potatoes, cooked
vegetable spray
4 eggs
extra-old Cheddar cheese, shredded for garnish

METHOD |
Combine cheese and hash brown potatoes.
Spray 4 ramekins with vegetable spray and divide mixture between them making a nest.
Crack 1 egg in each nest.
Pierce egg yolk with toothpick or fork.
Microwave on medium power for 5 minutes.
Sprinkle with additional shredded cheese.
Let stand for 3 to 4 minutes. |
