1 cup graham cracker-- 14 graham squares

1 cup vanilla crumbs-- 22 vanilla wafers

DAIRY

6 Tb. cream cheese-- 3 oz. pkg.

1 cup cream cheese-- 8 oz. pkg.

1-1/4 cup grated-- 1/4 lb. Parmesan

1 cup shredded hard-- 4 oz. Cheddar or
Swiss


METHOD

FRUIT

1 cup sliced apple-- 1 large

1-1/2 cup mashed banana-- 3 medium

2 cups sliced banana-- 3 medium

2-3 Tb fresh lem.juice-- 1 medium lemon

2 ts. grated lem. zest-- 1 medium lemon

VEGETABLES

4-1/2 cup shredded cabbage--1 lb. cabbage

1 cup grated carrot-- 1 large carrot

1 cup dice/chop celery-- 2 med. stalks

1 cup dice green pepper-- 1 large

3 cup slice,raw mushrooms--3/4 lb.

1/2 cup chopped onion-- 1 medium

1 3/4 cup mashed potato-- 3 medium

MISCELLANEOUS

1/2 cup crumbled bacon-- 8 slices

1 cup beef/chicken broth-- 1 cube/envelope

2 cup cooked chicken-- 1 lg. boned
