INGREDIENTS

Using non fat frozen yogurt keeps the calories in check.

Slice a fat free cake into 3 layers.

Spread frozen yogurt or sorbet between the layers and frost with light whipped topping.

To make slicing a low fat frozen pie easy, dip the knife into a glass of hot water before cutting.

For parfaits, sprinkle cookie crumbs between scoops of non fat sorbet or frozen yogurt.

For cones, scoop non fat frozen yogurt into a cone. Roll yogurt into an assortment of toppings.
Wrap in plastic and freeze.

Make cookie sandwiches by spreading non fat frozen yogurt between two non fat cookies.
Wrap individually in plastic wrap and freeze until firm.
