Frozen Coconut Pie recipe |
INGREDIENTS |
4 oz. cream cheese
1 Tb. sugar
1/2 c. milk
1 c. coconut, flaked
1 tub frozen whipped topping, thawed
1/2 ts. almond OR vanilla extract
1 graham pie crust |

METHOD |
In a large bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar on medium speed until well blended.
Gradually add milk, beating until well blended after each addition.
Stir in coconut, whipped topping and extract.
Spoon into crust.
Freeze for 4 hours or until firm.
Remove pie from freezer 15 minutes before serving.
Store leftover in the freezer.
Makes 8 servings. |
