Fudge Turtle Cheesecake recipe


INGREDIENTS

Chocolate Crumb Crust:
1-1/2 c. vanilla crumbs
6 Tb. icing sugar
1/3 c. cocoa
1/3 c. butter or margarine, melted
Filling:
1 pkg. cream cheese, softened (8 oz.)
1 can Eagle Brand milk
1 pkg. chocolate chips OR 8 sq. semi sweet chocolate, melted
4 eggs
2 ts. vanilla


METHOD

Crust: Combine ingredients and press firmly into bottom and 1/2 inch up a 9 inch springform pan.
Preheat oven to 300*.

Filling: In a large mixing bowl, beat cream cheese until fluffy.
Gradually beat in milk until smooth.
Add remaining ingredients; mix well.
Pour over crust.

Bake for 65 minutes or until center is set.
Cool and chill.
Garnish as desired.
Refrigerate leftovers.
