Garlic Vinaigrette recipe |
INGREDIENTS |
2 Tb. vegetable broth
2 Tb. red wine vinegar
2 Tb. olive oil
1 Tb. sugar (I use 1/2 Tb. sugar)
2 ts. lemon juice
2 ts. Worcestershire sauce
1 ts. Dijon mustard
2 garlic cloves, minced
1/4 ts. salt (I use 1/8 ts. salt)
1/4 ts. minced fresh thyme
1/4 ts. pepper |

METHOD |
In a jar with a tight-fitting lid, combine all ingredients; shake well.
Serve over salad greens.
Note: This also goes well with fresh tomatoes and sweet onions. |
