Golden Chicken and Nuggets recipe


INGREDIENTS

6 chicken breasts, boneless, skinless
2 cans broccoli cheese soup, undiluted
2 c. milk
1 onion, chopped
1/2 ts. basil, dried
1/2 ts. garlic
1/2 ts. salt (optional)
1/8 ts. pepper
hot cooked noodles


METHOD

Cute chicken pieces in half; place in 5 quart slow cooker.
With a whisk, combine rest of ingredients and pour over chicken.
Cover and cook on high for 1 hour.
Reduce heat to low and cook 5-6 hours longer until meat juices run clear.
Serve over noodles.

Diabetic exchanges: 3 lean meat, 1 starch
