Healthier Gravy recipe


INGREDIENTS

Use cooked vegetables to thicken gravies instead of cornstarch or flour.
When making a pot roast or stew, take out some of the vegetables (including a few pieces of potatoes).
Process until smooth in a processor.
Add enough of the meat juices through the feed tube to make the desired consistency gravy.
