Homemade Croutons recipe |
INGREDIENTS |
2 Tb. butter
1 Tb. olive oil
1/4 ts. garlic powder
1/4 ts. onion powder
1/4 ts. oregano, dried
1/4 ts. basil, dried
pinch of salt
6 slices day old bread, cubed

METHOD |
In an ungreased 13 x 9 pan, combine the first 7 ingredients.
Place in 300* oven until butter is melted.
Remove from oven and stir to combine.
Add bread and toss to coat.
Bake for 10-15 minutes or until lightly browned, stirring frequently.
Cool and store in the fridge or in an airtight container.
Makes 3 cups. |
