Homemade Macaroni and Cheese recipe


INGREDIENTS

2 c. macaroni, uncooked
1 1/4 c. cheddar cheese, shredded
2 eggs
2 1/2 c. milk
1 ts. garlic powder
1 ts. onion powder
1/4 ts. pepper
1 ts. salt
paprika


METHOD

Cook macaroni.
In a casserole dish, put a thin layer of macaroni on the bottom, then spread cheese over top.
Repeat the layering until all noodles and cheese are gone.
Mix the salt, pepper, spices, eggs and milk together and pour over macaroni.
Sprinkle the paprika on top.
Bake covered at 350* for about 45 minutes.
Makes 4 servings.
