Honegar recipe


INGREDIENTS

8 ounces of hot water.
1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar. (adjust to taste)
1 tablespoon honey. (adjust to taste)


METHOD

Water needs to be hot enough to melt the honey, but not too hot to drink.
Add the vinegar, and stir in the honey.

You can drink it hot or refrigerate and drink it cold.

Also know as witches brew, this simple recipe has been around for hundreds of years. If possible, use locally produced honey, which will help you acclamate yourself to local pollens when hay fever season arrives.

The apple cider vinegar reportedly destroys bacteria in your digestive tract, helps the kidneys and bladder, helps in weight loss, chronic fatigue, chronic headache, high blood pressure, dizziness, sore throat, absorbs mucous. It's considered a cure-all in some places.

Three servings a day for 7 days, has been reported to act as an effective detoxification treatment, afterwards 1 serving a day for maintenance.
