8 ounces of hot water.
1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar. (adjust to taste)
1 tablespoon honey. (adjust to taste)
Water needs to be hot enough to melt the honey, but not too hot to drink.
Add the vinegar, and stir in the honey.
You can drink it hot or refrigerate and drink it cold.
