Hot Fudge Sauce recipe |
INGREDIENTS |
2 c. sugar
1/4 c. cocoa
1 can evaporated milk (5 oz.)
1/2 c. butter, cubed
1 ts. vanilla |

METHOD |
In a small sauce pan, combine sugar and cocoa.
Stir in the milk; add butter.
Bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring constantly.
Reduce heat; cook and stir for 1 minute longer or until slightly thickened.
Remove from heat and stir in vanilla.
Serve warm and refrigerate leftovers.
To reheat: Place sauce in small pan; bring to a boil.
Stir until smooth.
Makes 2 cups. |
