Hungarian Pork Paprika recipe |
INGREDIENTS |
2 Tb. flour
1 Tb. paprika
1/2 ts. salt
1/2 c. sour cream at room temperature
1 lb. pork, cut in 1 inch cubes
4 ts. olive oil
2 cans stewed tomatoes (14 oz.) |

METHOD |
Combine first four ingredients and toss with meat.
In fry pan, brown meat in oil.
Cook uncovered over medium heat for 20 minutes or until tender.
Remove from pan.
Take out 1/2 cup sauce and blend with sour cream.
Return mix to heat and blend well.
Serve over egg noodles. |
