Imperieal Pork Cutlets recipe |
INGREDIENTS |
1/4 c. rice vinegar OR white vinegar
3 Tb. lite soy sauce
2 Tb. honey
2 ts. oil
2 ts. sesame oil
4 boneless pork loin chops, trimmed
6 cloves garlic, coarsely crushed
1 Tb. fresh ginger, grated
1 Tb. cilantro (optional), chopped

METHOD |
Combine first 4 ingredients in a bowl.
Stir well and set aside.
Heat oils in a heavy nonstick skillet over medium high heat.
Cook chops about 2 minutes on each side or until browned.
Add garlic and ginger and cook 3 minutes, stirring constantly.
Reduce heat to low.
Add vinegar mixture.
Cover and cook about 10 minutes, until chops are fork tender.
Uncover and cook 2-3 minutes more or until sauce is slightly thickened.
Garnish with chopped cilantro if desired.
