Lemon Cherry Cheesecake recipe |
INGREDIENTS |
Crust:
1-1/4 c. graham crumbs
1/2 c. butter, melted
2 Tb. sugar
Filling:
1 pkg. lemon instant pudding (4 serving size)
2 c. milk
1 cream cheese
1 can cherry pie fill

METHOD |
Prepare crust ingredients and press into bottom of 13 x 9 pan.
Beat pudding, milk, cream cheese with an electric mixer.
Pour over crust.
Spoon cherry pie fill over top and spread evenly.
Chill for several hours in the fridge.
Note: Although this is a simple recipe, it got great reviews every time! |
