M and M Fudgies recipe |
INGREDIENTS |
1 c. butter or margarine, softened
1 c. brown sugar
1/3 c. unsweetened cocoa
3/4 c. corn syrup
1/2 ts. vanilla
1 egg
1/2 ts. baking powder
2 c. flour
1 c. M and M red and green candies |

METHOD |
Preheat oven to 350*.
In a medium bowl, cream butter, sugar and cocoa with electric mixer at low speed until well blended.
While mixer is running, gradually add corn syrup and continue to blend until mixture is slightly fluffy.
Add vanilla and egg; mix well.
Stir dry ingredients together.
Stir flour mixture into wet mixture a spoonful at a time until mixture is smooth.
Fold in candies.
Drop by teaspoonfuls onto lightly greased parchment paper lined baking sheets.
Bake for 10 to 12 minutes or until firm.
Let cool for 2-3 minutes before transferring to wire racks.
Makes 3 1/2 dozen cookies. |
