INGREDIENTS

* Shape meat mixture into sausage log rolls, cut in sections, roll into meatballs

* Use a melon ball scoop or a small ice cream scoop

* Pat the ground meat into a square and cut into cubes; the small cubes then roll into evenly sized meatballs
