My Aunt Marions Chicken Breasts recipe |
INGREDIENTS |
6 chicken breasts, boneless, skinless
1 c. sour cream
2 Tb. lemon juice
2 ts. Worcestershire sauce
2 ts. celery salt
1 ts. paprika
1/4 ts. garlic powder
1 ts. salt
1/4 ts. pepper
3/4 c. bread crumbs
1/4 c. butter
1/4 c. shortening |

METHOD |
Wash and dry chicken pieces.
Blend together first 8 ingredients and place chicken in the sauce.
Place in sealed container and refrigerate overnight.
Coat with crumbs and place in single layer 13 x 9 pan.
Melt butter and shortening and spoon half of mixture over chicken.
Bake uncovered at 350 for 45 minutes.
Spoon remaining butter mix over chicken and bake for 15 minutes more.
