INGREDIENTS |
1 c. flour
1 ts. salt
1 egg

METHOD |
Knead until smooth and elastic.
Roll on heavily floured board as evenly, and as thin as you can.
With a sharp knife cut into thin strips.
You can then boil them immediately for serving with your favorite sauce, or hang them to dry, and store for later use. |
