One Pot Macaroni and Cheese recipe |
INGREDIENTS |
2 c. macaroni
2 c. frozen vegetables
1 can evaporated milk
1 c. brick cheese, shredded
1/2 c. cream cheese
1/2 ts. salt, pepper, dijon mustard |

METHOD |
Cook macaroni for 4 minutes in boiling water.
Add vegetables and boil for 4 minutes longer.
Drain.
In same pot, whisk rest of ingredients over medium heat until melted. return pasta and stir.
Cover and let stand for 5 minutes.
Makes 4 servings. |
