Parmesan Mushroom Rice recipe |
INGREDIENTS |
2 Tb. butter
2 c. mushrooms, fresh and sliced
1/4 c. onion, finely chopped
2 Tb. flour
1-3/4 c. milk
2/3 c. mozzarella
1/2 c. parmesan cheese
2 c. rice, cooked
parsley |

METHOD |
Cook mushroom and onion in butter until liquid is evaporated.
Blend in flour and gradually stir in milk.
Remove from heat and add cheeses, stirring until melted.
Fold in rice and parsley.
Makes 2-4 servings. |
