Peaches and Cream Cheesecake recipe |
INGREDIENTS |
2 c. graham crumbs
6 Tb. margarine, melted
1 c. sugar, divided
4 pkg.(8 oz. each) cream cheese, softened
1 pkg. Jello peach flavored gelatin
2 c. fresh peaches, chopped OR 1 drained 15. oz can peaches
1 tub frozen whipped topping, thawed |

METHOD |
In a medium bowl, mix crumbs, margarine and 1/4 cup sugar.
Press into bottom of 13 x 9 glass pan.
Refrigerate while preparing filling.
In a large bowl, with mixer, beat cream cheese and remaining sugar until well blended.
Add gelatin mix, and mix well.
Stir in peaches and whipped topping.
Spread onto crust.
Refrigerate for 4 hours or until firm.
Makes 16 servings. |
