Potato and Fish Cakes recipe |
INGREDIENTS |
1/2 c. onion, chopped
2 Tb. butter
2 c. mashed potatoes
1--14 oz. can chicken haddie, drained
1 egg
1/2 ts. salt
1/4 c. bread crumbs, fine
oil for frying |

METHOD |
Saute onion in butter, then combine with potatoes, fish, egg and seasonings.
Mix well.
Shapes into cakes and roll in bread crumbs.
Saute the fish cakes in the oil until golden brown on both sides, about 10 minutes.Makes 4-6 servings. |
