Raisin Cashew Drops recipe


INGREDIENTS

2 c. chocolate chips
1 can sweetened condensed milk (14 0z.)
1 Tb. light corn syrup
1 ts. vanilla
2 c. cashews, coarsely chopped
2 c. raisins


METHOD

In a heavy saucepan over low heat, melt chips with milk and syrup for 10-12 minutes, stirring constantly.
Remove from heat and stir in vanilla until blended.
Stir in nuts and raisins.
Drop by teaspoon onto waxed paper lined cookie sheets.
Refrigerate for 3 hours or until firm.
Store in the fridge.
Makes 2 1/2 pounds.
