Rickety Uncles recipe |
INGREDIENTS |
1/2 c. sugar
1 c. corn syrup
1 c. peanut butter
1 ts. vanilla
4 c. cornflakes |

METHOD |
Combine sugar and corn syrup in a large sauce pan.
Bring to a full boil, stirring constantly.
Remove from heat, stir in peanut butter until smooth, then add vanilla.
Stir in cornflakes until mixed well.
Drop by spoonfuls on to waxed paper and refrigerate until set.
Makes 4-5 dozen clusters.
Note: If you prefer a firmer cluster, increase cereal to 5 cups. |
