Sauce for Meatballs and Noodles recipe |
INGREDIENTS |
1/4. c flour
2 c. beef broth, reduced sodium
1/2 c. sour cream, non fat
1/2 ts. garlic powder
cooked meatballs, 12 oz. (about 11)
egg noodles, no yolk(8 oz.)cooked OR your preference
parsley |

METHOD |
Add flour to skillet. Whisk in broth, until mixture thickens;
about 5 minutes. Whisk in sour cream.
Add your favorite cooked meatballs and noodles and toss to coat.
Stir to heat through, about 5 minutes.
Sprinkle with parsley.
Tip: To freeze uncooked meatballs, place on cookie sheet and freeze until solid.
Pack meatballs in plastic container and return to freezer.
Take them out and cook as needed. |
