Tropical Cheesecake recipe |
INGREDIENTS |
1 pkg. (8 oz.)cream cheese, softened
1/3 c. sugar
1 tub frozen whipped topping, thawed
2 kiwis, peeled, quartered, sliced and divided
1 mango, peeled, chopped and divided
1 c. coconut, flaked--toasted and divided
1 graham crust |

METHOD |
In a large bowl, with mixer on medium speed, beat cream cheese and sugar until well blended.
Add whipped topping; stir gently until well blended.
Reserve 1/4 cup of each fruit and coconut for garnish.
Stir remaining fruit and coconut into cream cheese mixture.
Spoon into crust.
Refrigerate for 3 hours or until set.
Top with reserved fruit and coconut.
Store leftovers in fridge.
Makes 8 servings. |
