Turkey Almondine recipe


INGREDIENTS

3 c. turkey, cooked and cubed
1 can cram of mushroom soup, undiluted
1 can water chestnuts, drained (8 oz.)
2/3 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. celery, chopped
1/2 c. onion, chopped
1 pkg. crescent rolls
2/3 c. swiss cheese, shredded
1/2 c. almonds, sliced
1/2 c. butter, melted


METHOD

In a large saucepan, combine the first six ingredients and heat through.
Transfer to a greased 2 quart baking dish.
Unroll crescent dough and place over turkey mixture.
In a small bowl, combine the cheese, almonds and butter.
Spoon over the dough.
Bake at 375*, uncovered for 30-35 minutes or until crust is golden brown and filling is bubbly.
Makes 4 servings.
